Worship at St. Stephen's
Holy Communion and the importance of prayer

At St. Stephen’s, we strive to worship in a way that is fresh and new while holding fast to our traditions. We embrace good old fashioned hymns and newly-written worship tunes. We incorporate instruments from organ and piano, to electric bass and guitar, to brass and handbells. We encourage enthusiastic participation from our congregation, foster lay leaders through their roles as assisting ministers, lectors, and altar guild, and also are growing an exciting new music ministry through our choir and talented young people. Pastor Emily’s commitment to strong preaching, the importance of Holy Communion, and the centrality of prayer in our lives propels us forth from worship into the world, where we strive to share the grace and love we’ve received with others.

Worship with Holy Communion, every Sunday morning: 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM

We also have seasonal midweek worship on Wednesdays during the church seasons of Advent (the four weeks before Christmas) and Lent (the weeks before Easter). See our church calendar for more details.
